Cynon Kitchen and Bathroom Works
Notice Description
Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the renewal of 18 kitchens and 43 bathrooms, 6 additional WC's, 1 Walk in Shower and 1 shower only in a total of 63 properties.These works are being carried out as a result of stock condition surveys which have identified that the kitchens and bathrooms in the affected properties have reached the end of their life cycle.The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. To obtain further information record your interest on Sell2Wales at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/search/search_switch.aspx?ID=124069 (WA Ref:124069)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority's economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:The RequirementTrivallis is a responsible business and making a positive impact on society working to improve the social, cultural, environmental and economic well being of Rhondda Cynon Taff is important to us.Trivallis wants to address the long-term impact of their decisions, by helping to alleviate poverty within our communities and delivering community benefit opportunities which give back to our communities across Rhondda Cynon Taff.It is imperative that the winning bidder can support the delivery of social value when delivering contracts.Please summarise below how your company could suport in our commitment to give back to our communities through community benefit and social value programmes.Responses to this section will be shared with our senior manager of partnerships, who will contact you 3 weeks following your agreed contract date to develop and individual community benefit plan with you.Bidders are encouraged to read supporting document - Annex 11 - Responsible Procurement Document April 22 V1 14072022 to support their responses.
