Smart Ticketing for Transport for Wales - CMS
Notice Description
The Welsh ITSO smartcard scheme is a partnership between the Welsh Government, Transport for Wales, local authorities, and operators in Wales and has been established since 2007 to deliver the Welsh Concessionary Fares Scheme and commercial ticketing at a number of operators.The aim of the Card Management System (CMS) is to provide a tool which enables all scheme participants to manage their products and provide appropriate services to customers who hold an ITSO media that is managed in the CMS. It is also aimed at being a tool for the customer to undertake appropriate management of their own information, via a third-party interface connected directly to the CMS.
