Notice Description

Barcud Cyf are looking for a suitably experience Contractor to undertake the Provision of Fencing and External Works.The work shall comprise of the demolition of existing concrete block boundary walls and fences and the replacement with WHQS style concrete post and timber fences.Contractor is to give tenants a minimum of 1 week notice prior to commencement of work. Removal and registered disposal of all existing arising from site.It is expected that not all the works will be able to be completed this financial year due to financial constraints, but a minimum of 50% of the works will be authorised for completion this financial year. The remainder of the works will be completed next financial year.The area in scope of this contract is for properties located at Bronllethi, Llanarth.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=124459.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
