Notice Description

Carmarthenshire County Council is commissioning the Framework for the provision of Mowing on the Trunk Road Soft estate. To promote the opportunities available to providers Carmarthenshire is holding a market briefing session, which will be held at The Beacon, Dafen, Llanelli, SA14 8LQ on Friday 7th October 2022 at 11:00. The briefing session will provide an overview of the new Framework as well as details on the service specification and tender process which is expected to be live in mid-October 2022. Amenity Mowing

Cutting by mechanical means of highway grass verges on high speed and low speed single and dual carriageways within Carmarthenshire. Amenity sites. Location plans will be supplied.

Dual Carriageway Mainline and Visibility Mowing

Cutting by mechanical means of highway grass verges on high speed and low speed dual carriageways within Carmarthenshire. Location plans will be supplied.

Supply of Tractor with Side Arm Flail.

The verge mowing of the single carriageways, will only require the supply of two tractors with a side arm flail including operators.
