The aim of the literature review is to update knowledge and understanding relating to the use of zero-hour contracts in domiciliary support services.The main objectives of the literature review are to:* update knowledge and understanding regarding the use of zero-hour contracts for registered workers in domiciliary support services* assess how COVID-19 and Brexit have impacted on the use of zero-hour contracts for registered workers in domiciliary support services* consider other key learning from recent and relevant literature that could inform future policy.Primary ResearchThe aims of the primary research are to:* determine the impact that the Regulations have had on the use of zero-hour contracts in the domiciliary support sector in Wales* understand the impact that COVID-19 related additional payments and support schemes have had on the domiciliary support sector in Wales* understand the extent of "call clipping" in the domiciliary support sector in Wales.
