Notice Description

Swansea Bay University (SBU) Health Board is responsible for the provision of healthcare across the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot area. The health board has three major acute hospital sites, Singleton and Morriston Hospitals in Swansea as well as Neath Port Talbot Hospital. The health board also provides primary care services, plus a wide range of community, mental health and learning disability services, as well as regional and sub-regional services for the wider population of South West Wales.Submissions are invited from suitably qualified and experienced debt recovery specialist to provide a comprehensive debt collection service for debts that have been unable to be recovered though the health board's internal credit control processes, for a period of 3 years. This procurement exercise is being carried out via Bravo E-tendering Portal and you are required to register your Company's details so you can be invited to participate in this exercise. The process of registering on the website is free and simple and is explained fully below:-Suppliers Instructions How to Express Interest in this Contract1. Register your company on the xchangewales portal (this is only required once)- Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk- Click the "Click here to register" link- Accept the terms and conditions and click "continue"- Enter your correct business and user details- Note the username you chose and click "Save" when complete- You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure)2. Suitably qualified and experienced providers are invited to participate in the contract opportunity and submit proposals for meeting the Health Board's requirement. The tender documentation is now available on the Bravo tendering portal Bravo Project Reference 51230, ITT Reference 98352.
