Notice Description

Welsh Government policy supports local ownership of energy projects to deliver local benefit. Menter Mon are developing several projects including tidal and hydrogen, and are also in discussions with developers of solar projects to become a part owner. The aim is to maximise local benefit through part ownership.The HoT's have been agreed with the developer, however we are now moving to the investment agreement. We therefore require legal support to ensure that Menter Mon and the wider community maximise the impact of the arrangement.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=125426.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
