    "description": "Please refer to Holm View Phase 2 Design and Build 2 of 2 for the outstanding tender documents. Notice 2 of 2 has been has been raised due to the volume of documents which must be issued for the tender. Notice 2 includes the ER documents. All other tender documents are uploaded onto this notice 1 of 2. Please ensure that all questions and tender submissions are via Notice 1 of 2. Following formal award of contract, the lead in time is to be considered by the main Contractor but it is estimated that 8 weeks will be necessary to allow for S104 Approval, S38/278 Approval and equivalent pre-commencement conditions. There is a specific stipulation in respect of methodology/type of building and the contractor must state his preference as part of his tender submission. It is estimated that the term of the build contract will be 14-16 months, but the Contractor is requested to confirm this as part of his tender return. Indicative programmes are not required at this time. The Council will require a demonstration of the commitment to Targeted Training and Recruitment and the Value Wales Toolkit and the Contractor is required to fulfil these requirements as part of the contrac NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=125662.
