Loneliness and Social Isolation Strategy Evaluability Assessment
Notice Description
The Welsh Government wishes to commission an evaluability assessment, including the development of a theory of change, for 'Connected Communities', the Welsh Government's long-term strategy to tackle loneliness and social isolation and build stronger social connections. The aim of the strategy is to ensure everyone, regardless of their age, identity, circumstances or status, has the opportunity to develop positive and meaningful relationships.
