        "eligibilityCriteria": "Undertake the DHR in accordance with the statutory guidance under Section 9 (3) of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act (2004) issued by the Home Office and contained within the publication MultiAgency Statutory Guidance for the Conduct of Domestic Homicide Reviews.The appointee should be an experienced individual who is not directly associated with any of the agencies involved in the review including Senior Officers working within the Gwent Police, South Wales Fire and Rescue or Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.You will ensure that adequate policies of Employers (if applicable) and Public Liability Insurance (minimumlevel of cover PS10 million in respect of any one incident); and Professional Indemnity insurance (with a minimum level of cover of PS5,000,0000 per claim, with the number of such claims being unlimited) to cover for all works undertaken under this Contract are in place prior to the commencement date and copies of suchpolicies shall be provided to the Council upon reasonable request.Confirmation will be required to demonstrate completion of the Home Office E-learning training package of DHR's including the additional modules on chairing reviews and producing Overview Reports.",
