SEEC is required to commission an Inception, Mid-term and Final external evaluation of the project to report progress to the project sponsors. The evaluations are essential to measuring and monitoring how successful the project is to date in meeting its aims and objectives. We are seeking to appoint a contractor with previous demonstrable experience in conducting project evaluations of similar scale, in particular European Regional Funded Projects.This quote is to appoint a contractor to undertake the summative Final evaluation.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=126379.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
