On Call Station Refurbishments
Notice Description
As part of its on-going estate management, over the next 4 years, SWFRS plans to refurbish and update a number of on call stations. In order to achieve this, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) were seeking to appoint 5 suitably qualified contractors to a framework from which it can run mini competitions for each project. One Principal Contractor would be appointed to run the project as a result of each mini competition.

The works comprise the construction of a new single storey extension, alteration and refurbishment of the existing facility and M&E, including associated external drainage and external works.
