This is a Contract Award Notice for the Demolition of Bridgend Police Station (Cheapside) to Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC)BCBC has appointed a Lead Contractor to fully undertake and assume full responsibility for the delivery of the Contract, in close liaison with the Authority's Appointed Person(s).Brief description: The demolition of the 5-storey concrete framed Bridgend Police Station building and associated external hardstanding in accordance with the works information document.Contract Terms and Conditions: NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (April 2013) (the "NEC"), Option A.
