School of Engineering Refurbishment
Notice Description
This procurement relates to the proposed re-modelling of second floor rooms S2.04-2.08; S2.11-2.13; S2.10 and S2.14 in the School of Engineering (ENGIN) Queen's Central to provide additional teaching space for Year 1, 2 and 3 graduate teaching programmes, a renewed laboratory space and a staff tea-point area. It is also proposed that an additional room in Trevithick (T2.07) is adapted to create a 24/7 student learning zone. All as detailed in the business case submitted to the E&I committee and UEB. Furniture and AV is also included in this Procurement and will be included as part the Main Contractor appointment.
