Notice Description

The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") requires works to replace a damaged section of Welsh Water sewer ("the Works") beneath the proposed location of a new bespoke in situ concrete skate park at Cold Knap Park, Barry.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=127797.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The site is open to be viewed at any time but if contractors wish to visit site with a representative of the Council they may do so. The representative will be available on working days from - Tuesday 3rd January 2023 to Friday 13th January from 10:00am - 15:00pm for appointments to view the site and an appointment can be made with the Principal Landscape Architect Jon Green.
