Whole House Energy Efficiency Retrofit 2023
Notice Description
Appointment of a single Principal Contractor to deliver energy efficiency retrofit works (supply and fit) to (but not exclusively) Social Housing across North Wales.Installed measures must be delivered in line with PAS 2035, PAS 2030:2019 and the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). * Mae'r dogfennau tendr ar gael ar Blatfform Caffael Grwp Cynefin drwy ddilyn y ddolen (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/grwpcynefin/aspx/Home).* Tender Documentation can be found on Grwp Cynefin's Procurement Platform by following this link (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/grwpcynefin/aspx/Home).* Bydd angen i gwmniau sydd a diddordeb gofrestru ar y Platfform er mwyn cael mynediad i'r dogfennau.* Interested Parties will be required to register on the platform before accessing the documents.* Bydd rhaid cyflwyno unrhyw gwestiynau ynglyn a'r broses a chyflwyno'r tendr drwy'r Blatfform Caffael Grwp Cynefin.* Tender Clarification requests and Tender submissions must be received via the Grwp Cynefin Procurement Platform.(WA Ref:127940)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority's economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:Job opportunities for local people, training, contributions towards local education, support for community initiatives and much more.
