MVH0097 Retrofit Surveyor and Coordinator
Notice Description
MVH have secured grant funding to undertake retrofit works to 171 properties (1 property is being managed outside of this Contact and therefore this Contract includes 170 properties) under the PAS2035 Retrofit framework.The project will be carried out in two phases.Phase 1: 69 propertiesPhase 2:101 PropertiesMVH are looking for a suitability qualified and experienced contractor to provide the Provision of Retrofit Assessments and Co-ordinator Role.The estimated start date of this Contract is March 2023.The length of the Contract is 18 months with the option to extend for 2 x 1 year periods (1.5+1+1)**Please note the initial project is based on grant funding, any future projects under this contract will depend on available funding.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:In addition to the specific commitments set out above Tenders are actively encouraged to consider the delivery of Additional Community Benefits for communities within the wider Merthyr Tydfil Borough and are requested to submit any Additional Community Benefits proposed as part of their response, which will be scored in Schedule 2 Quality Element.The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
