Notice Description

It has been recognised that health and care professionals need access to information to provide the best care that is up to date, evidence-based and best suited to the individual patient. In order for health and care professionals to deliver high quality care, the information needs to be available in the right place, to the right people.In recognition of this, the Clinical Knowledge Service ("CKS"), now the NHS Wales e-Library was set up a number of years ago to procure access to electronic knowledge resources, this includes electronic journals.This contract is for the provision of sixty-eight (68) electronic journals (including collections), a total of three hundred and ninety (390) resources.A mini competition was undertaken via the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence ("NICE") Electronic and Print Content Framework, Lot 4 for Print and Electronic Journals (NICE FAHEE/2125).The contract is underpinned by the Terms and Conditions of the NICE Electronic and Print Content Framework Agent Agreement.
