RCS Provider Framework - In Work Support Service
Notice Description
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY IS SUBJECT TO RCS RECIEVING A CONTRACT AWARD FROM WELSH GOVERNMENT TO DELIVER THE IN WORK SUPPORT SERVICE. THE AWARD IS EXPECTED TO BE MADE EARLY MARCH 2023. The PIN relates to the potential tender opportunity to set up a framework of suppliers to deliver interventions to RCS In Work Support clients across Wales. RCS are looking to engage with suitable providers of therapeutic services to support their delivery. These interventions could include Counselling varied modalities, Physiotherapy, CBT, Podiatry, Osteopathy, Employment law advice and support, Financial wellbeing advice and support, Coaching, Occupational Therapy and Chiropody. The support is for clients who are absent from work or who are at risk of being absent from work because of their health condition. We anticipate that we will be requiring interventions that have a clinical evidence base and we will be conducting due diligence checks around insurance, enhanced DBS checks, qualifications and regulatory body. The service to be provided will most likely consist of a referral to a provider who will supply up to 6 sessions to the client to support their return / retention in work, there will be simple paperwork to complete to report client progress. Sessions will then be invoiced on discharge. There may be scope for groups sessions and some psychoeducational sessions to further support the client group. This is expected to be a two year contract from April 2023 to March 2025 with a possibility of an additional two years funding.
