    The Port of Milford Haven is seeking to appoint a competent Contractor to design and install new pontoons adjacent to the J-Wall.The Scope includes the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of a long linkspan pontoon and two adjoining pontoon spurs, including the mooring systems, fixings and access ladders.The project will be undertaken under the NEC3 suite of contracts. The NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) 2013 Option A (with amendments) will apply to the commission.Milford Haven Port Authority (MHPA) have identified the need for a series of finger pontoons at J Wall to provide additional space to berth small fishing vessels. At present, vessels berth alongside the quay which is an inefficient use of the space and leads to crowding along the quay wall.
