Notice Description

This tender is to purchase an enclosed robot to volumetrically apply single-part and 2-part liquid materials to be subsequently cured using a UV LED light source.The enclosed robot should be equipped with a printable work area for the printing of the specific component at hand. It is expected that the robot is equipped with high position accuracy to guarantee high resolution final output components. The robot should include a high precision volumetric dispenser for 1-part (single) and 2-part materials. The robot should also be provided with an LED UV curing facility for UV curable materials. The position of the dispenser head and dispensing process must be controllable manually but also via appropriate high precision software. The precision volumetric equipment should be capable of working with a wide range of viscous materials to facilitate the manufacturing of different resulting products, based on the need of the customer.
