This is a contract award notice for the appointment of a Contractor to deliver Construction Services under a Two Stage traditional procurement route (including contractor led design elements), and act as Principal Contractor. This is to deliver the Cardiff Metropolitan University Allied Clinical Health Hub (ACHH) Refurbishment Project 2023.This follows the previous projects completed to date within existing buildings located at the Llandaff campus.
