Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, hereinafter referred to as the 'Council', acting on behalf of Aneurin Leisure Trust, hereinafter referred to as the 'Client', invites Tenders in accordance with the published Instructions and Client's Requirements to set up a contractual agreement for the design and installation of Photovoltaic and Battery Storage Systems at Abertillery and Tredegar Sports Centres.NB: this contract is time sensitive and must be completed by the end of July 2023. Tenderers will be required to evidence that they are able to commit to this requirement.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. This will move the ITT from the 'Open to all Suppliers' area to the 'My ITT's' on the home page.-- You will then see the full details of the ITT in the Qualification, Technical and Commercial envelopes along with any relevant documents in the 'Attachments' area.-- Tenderers are required to provide responses to:--the Selection Questionnaire within the Qualification Envelope--the Method Statements within the Technical Envelope--upload the requested Pricing information within the Commercial Envelope.-- Should you have any questions on the ITT, please use the 'Messages' area to contact the buyer directly. no other forms of communication will be acknowledged or responded to. Do not contact the named person at the top of this notice.Deadlines for submissions is 12:00 noon 11th April 2023 with clarifications allowed until 17:00 3rd April 2023.Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the Authority's economic and social objectives.
