This procurement exercise is for the appointment of main contractor and sub-contractors to deliver the Residences FS PMP for summer 2023.The proposed Fire Strategy works will include the of Installation of Fire Alarms and Fire compartmentation upgrade, as detailed belowAll locations below will include an upgrade of existing fire alarms with new.Gordon HallSenghennydd Court Houses B, D, G and J11 Landough Street6, 7 and 20 Ruthin Gardens13, 15 and 17 Senghennydd RoadFire compartmentation works will also be required at Senghennydd Court House B, 11 Llandough Street, 6 and 20 Ruthin Gardens
