Notice Description

Hywel Dda Health Board has awarded a contract for cyber security services across the Health Board which is designed to reduce the risk of users negatively interacting with phishing emails through security awareness training. Due to the challenges posed by Cyber Security attacks in modern times, Hywel Dda have looked to increase their training provision for staff to facilitate efficient detection and response to phishing emails minimising the risk of a data breach.The solution enables the Health Board to conduct simulated testing and reduce the risk metric by close to 10% protecting all important data. The Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 13 framework agreement (Reference: RM1557.13) is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation. This framework included several potential providers who had achieved inclusion on the framework following a qualification process.
