NHS Building for Wales 2 Frameworks Lot 1: Works Value (ex VAT) 20M + GBP.

This Contract Notice relates to the procurement exercise for the NHS Building for Wales 2 Cost Advisor only. The NHS Building for Wales 2 frameworks will cater for health-related capital projects with a minimum estimated construction value of 7 000 000 GBP (excluding Value Added Tax.) Lot 1: estimated construction value above 20 000 000 GBP (excluding Value Added Tax. Four Cost Advisors will be awarded to each Lot. All National Frameworks will adopt the NEC4 suite of contracts. The frameworks will be procured on the basis of an initial four-year contract with the option to extend by up to two years. The frameworks will be managed by NWSSP-Specialist Estates Services on behalf of the NHS in Wales.

Renewal: This framework will have the option to extend by a maximum of 24 months.
