Hywel Dda Health Board has awarded a contract for the supply of a Cyber Security Incident Response Retainer across the Health Board which allows them to leverage a team of experts to support in recovery, mitigation and provide root cause analysis ensuring responses to a cyber incident or attack are prompt and effective. Due to the challenges faced in relation to Cyber Security in modern times, Hywel Dda have looked to increase their protection portfolio to facilitate efficient detection and response to Cyber Security incidents.The Shared Business Services (SBS) Cyber Security Services agreement (Reference: SBS/19/CW/ZMD/9348) is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation. This framework included several potential providers who had achieved inclusion on the framework following a qualification process.
