The Isle of Anglesey County Council (IoACC) is seeking to appoint a Contractor to construct the following new housing units at Ysgol Niwbwrch, Niwbwrch:* 4 x 2 person/1 bed flats* 8 x 4 person/2 bed houses* 1 x 5 person/3 bed house* 1 x 6 person/4 bed houseThe work is to include site clearance, construct new housing, diversion of existing HV electricity cable, alterations to existing entrance and associated landscaping works all as detailed in the tender documents.Tender documents may be accessed via the 'documents' tab on sell2walesQuestions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function.Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 26/06/2023Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=131937.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
