In support of the development of Tier 3 talent, in line with the NHS Wales Succession Strategy 20217-2027, HEIW wishes to purchase a number of social and emotional intelligence and leadership diagnostic /psychometric reports from Korn Ferry.Korn Ferry are an international company who through acquisition of companies such as Hay Group has created a combined firm with the ability to address the entire talent continuum. They offer a range of diagnostic tools/instruments for which they are the only provider.
