Notice Description

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP), hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to award a contract for Evaluation Work for the Regional Integration Fund.Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board (CAVRPB) wishes to invite proposals for the evaluation of their Health and Social Care Revenue Investment Fund (RIF), a portfolio of region-wide work programmes focused on the following population groups: older people, children and young people, unpaid carers, learning disability, dementia, complex health and disabilities, autism and neurodiversity.CAVRPB require an independent, comprehensive and rigorous assessment of our RIF programme. CAVRPB are committed to assessing whether the RIF programme achieved its intended impact, the processes which led to success (or not), costs versus benefits and future affordability and achievability. The findings of the evaluation will inform business cases to suggest a particular course of action for each RIF initiative.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
