Over the past 4 years as part of the teaching approach for Fluid Mechanics taught at the 1st and 2nd year of Engineering courses in the Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSE), an Active, Flipped Classroom pedagogical method has been employed to enhance the learning experience of students.Specifically, amongst several options tested, "adaptive learning technologies" were found to result in the best taught/learning outcomes for the cohort.The requirement for this tender is for a Fluid Mechanics textbook that provides adaptive learning functionality, covering basic to advanced Fluid Mechanics topics.The contract will be for an initial 3 years with an option to extend for a further year on an annual basis (3+1)NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
