NHS Wales has an existing and ongoing requirement for Electronic Board Management Software, to support the effective administration and presentation of meeting papers within formal meeting environments e.g. Board and Audit Committees. The framework shall be accessible to all Health Boards, Trust's and Special Health Authorities across Wales and any successor organisations, as part of this new framework.
