Notice Description
Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) has a requirement for the provision of B805 - Bryntirion Comprehensive 6 Class Teaching BlockThe proposals involve the construction of a new timber framed detached single storey building in the order of 590 m2. The building will be comprised of concrete strip foundations with ground bearing slab, timber framed walls (rain screen finish) timber trussed unequal pitched roof with metal roof finish.External works will comprise SUDS drainage scheme using transportation swales and infiltration basins, basic footpaths and limited tarmac yard area.Further details can be found at Section B to the Project Overview document with the full suite of documents published as attachments on ETenderWales under a folder entitled "Works Documents".Terms and Conditions: JCT Standard Building Contract with Quantities, 2016 Edition.See Tender Documents.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
