Swansea Council ADG has been appointed to design and project manage a regeneration scheme to bring dwellings in line with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard requirements. The following document sets out the specification on the renewables aspect of the works in line with the Client (Swansea Council Housing) Brief.This site consists of 42nr. Council owned properties at Sketty ParkNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
