Notice Description
1. Tender DetailsContract value: PS80,000 approximately, over a 2 year period, with a possible 1 year extension.We are looking to procure a provider for the following - the repair and maintenance of building fabric, mechanical and electrical assets. Planned, preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance services will be required. Low value optional project and minor works are also within scope , not limited to roof repairs, new heating installations, electrical works, decoration. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the rejection of the Tender.Price 40%Tenderers are requested to supply \"hourly rates\" for the following type of contractors. We will calculate the average price for each category. With a score of 10% per category. Only provide rates for the category headings below - incorrect headers will receive zero marks.
