Notice Description

The purpose of the regeneration is to carry out works to upgrade Thermal Value of the existing 34nr Properties. Properties within regeneration scheme are tenanted 2/3 Bed semi-detached properties and 2 storey flats. External wall fabric is traditional cavity wall construction made up of an internal blockwork skin, 50mm cavity and a pebble dashed blockwork / brickwork external facade. Window specification is taken from Rehau Windows. We will accept any other system/manufacturer that is equal in specification, as checked by the PM, should the tendering contractor wish to put forward in their tender submission. The Contractor shall not use any materials on site unless it is specified in their schedule, without the prior approval in writing by the Project Manager. Remove existing windows and replace with new double glazed white PVCu windows.
