Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition Justification for selected award procedure: The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the Directive Breast Test Wales - The Welsh breast screening programme conversion to digital mammography took place during 2011/12 and involved the wholesale replacement of all imaging equipment as well as the mobile screening units used for gathering screening images in the community. BTW have 21 Hologic mammography sets that require comprehensive annual maintenance service contracts.
