South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework
Notice Description
Construction of 5 distinct buildings comprising a wet sports facility, dry sports facility and health building - all fully constructed with a level of fixed FF&E. Fit out of the educational facilities within Building BB ground floor are outlined within the Works Information. The remaining education facilities and business incubation blocks will be constructed to shell & core without any form of fixtures, fittings or equipment other than minimal allowances and requirements to permit occupancy. All spaces will be linked with a tempered 'street' space, external works and landscaping.Bird netting package value circa GBP20,000NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=133606. BYUK have secured the contract for these works and have commenced works on site. If you are interestingin submitting a tender for this works package, please make contact. Checks such as Constructionline Goldverification, Financial and Insurance checks will be carried out to ensure the subcontractor is suitable towork with BYUK, before an ITT pack is issued.Sub-contracting opportunities published on Sell2Wales are business-to-business transactions and are not subject to the normal public sector and EU rules regarding procurement.
