This prior information notice relates to Phase 2 of the Save Ty'n Llan Project.Menter Ty'n Llan will soon be seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver the second phase of a comprehensive heritage development project to conserve and develop Tafarn Ty'n Llan, Llandwrog. The Invitation to Tender ("ITT") will be published on the Sell2Wales portal in October 2023.The Society's ambition is to remodel the premises, to provide the following:* A fully refurbished and remodelled interior* A rear extension on the site of the Pigsty with windows looking south towards yr Eifl, for use primarily as a dining area and community space.* Five first-floor en-suite bedrooms* Refurbish the Stable for use as a multifunctional community room* An attractive family-friendly beer garden* Reconfigured parking area with disabled spaces and electric vehicle and electric bike charging points* Install Ground Source Heat Pumps and Solar Panels.The intention is to complete the phase 2 project by end of 2024. The estimated total cost of this capital project is approx.
