Powys County Council is seeking to appoint a Principal Contractor for the development of a 16 unit social housing scheme comprising of one bedroom flats on a site at Ael-y-Bryn & Pen-y-Bryn, Ystradgynlais, Powys, SA9 1HY.Building must be delivered to EPC A standards and comply with criteria including (but not limited) to:- WDQR 2021- Secured by Design Gold- Lifetime HomesNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
