BackgroundWrexham CBC currently have an on premise legacy web filtering proxy solution which is contracted to end early 2024. To be able to filter web traffic currently, devices need to be connected to the corporate network.We are therefore looking to replace this solution with a cloud web filtering proxy which will give increased flexibility and security to our remotely deployed devices.We have approx. 2300 desktop/laptop devices (Windows), 280 Servers and 2000 mobile devices (IOS/Android).Wrexham CBC previously engaged the market for a combined Email and Web filtering solution. The Email filtering element of the requirement has now been fulfilled so WCBC are only looking for Web Filtering proposals at this time.Requirements- Must be a cloud based solution with no reliance on any on premise infrastructure- There is requirement to provide the public with loan devices; either PC's or mobile devices. These devices won't be connected to the corporate domain or network.
