Adolygiad o Effeithiolrwydd y Bwrdd 2023/2024Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru yw'r Corff mwyaf a noddir gan Lywodraeth Cymru, gan gyflogi tua 2,300 o staff ledled Cymru, gyda gwariant o tua PS255 miliwn (2021/22). Cawsom ein ffurfio ym mis Ebrill 2013, gan gymryd swyddogaethau Cyngor Cefn Gwlad Cymru, Comisiwn Coedwigaeth Cymru ac Asiantaeth yr Amgylchedd yng Nghymru i raddau helaeth, yn ogystal a rhai o swyddogaethau Llywodraeth Cymru.Mae CNC yn derbyn dau Lythyr Cylch Gwaith blynyddol gan Lywodraeth Cymru, un yn trafod ein cyllid ac un arall yn trafod ein cyfrifoldebau o ran llifogydd. Mae'r rhain yn nodi'r hyn y mae'r llywodraeth am i ni ei gyflawni yn ystod y flwyddyn honno. Ategir ein Cynlluniau Busnes blynyddol gan gynllun corfforaethol pum mlynedd, sydd fel arfer yn cael ei osod yn erbyn amserlen y Rhaglen Lywodraethu, ac yn cael ei ddatblygu ar y cyd a'n rhanddeiliaid-------------------------------------------------------------Board Effectiveness Review 2023/2024Natural Resources Wales is the largest Welsh Government Sponsored Body, employing around 2,300 staff across Wales, and with An expenditure of around PS255 million (2021/22). We were formed in April 2013, largely taking over the functions of the Countryside Council for Wales, Forestry Commission Wales, and the Environment Agency in Wales, as well as certain Welsh Government functions.NRW receives two annual Remit Letters from Welsh Government, one on our funding and another on our flooding responsibilities. These set out what they want us to achieve during that year. Our annual Business Plans is underpinned by a five-year corporate plan, which is usually set against the timescale of the Programme for Government, and is developed in collaboration with our stakeholdersNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
