Cawsom ein ffurfio ym mis Ebrill 2013, gan gymryd swyddogaethau Cyngor Cefn Gwlad Cymru, Comisiwn Coedwigaeth Cymru ac Asiantaeth yr Amgylchedd yng Nghymru i raddau helaeth, yn ogystal a rhai o swyddogaethau Llywodraeth Cymru.Mae CNC yn derbyn dau Lythyr Cylch Gwaith blynyddol gan Lywodraeth Cymru, un yn trafod ein cyllid ac un arall yn trafod ein cyfrifoldebau o ran llifogydd. These set out what they want us to achieve during that year.
