These will be multi Lot, multiple supplier frameworks for both Estates Projects and 'Estates Minor Works. The aim of this Procurement is to establish a Framework of pre-qualified suitably experienced Contractors, which will enable the University to call off works activities on an 'as required' basis. The Framework will be used to deliver both Residential and Academic refurbishment projects/programmes. The works may include refurbishment, Fire Strategy improvements and maintenance programmes. The University are hosting an in-person only, supplier and sector engagement day on Monday 16 October 2023, (09.30 - 11:30)

Main Contractor Value Band - GBP 200,000 to GBP 1,500,000 - Residential Campus. The University has a diverse property portfolio ranging in age with a mixture of in-house and external contractors currently undertaking planned development, refurbishment, and maintenance activities. The aim of this Procurement is to establish a Framework of pre-qualified suitably experienced Contractors, which will enable the University to call off works activities on an 'as required' basis. The Framework will be used to deliver both Residential and Academic refurbishment projects/programmes. The works may include refurbishment, Fire Strategy improvements and maintenance programmes. The Framework will consist of three separate lots of multi discipline contractors (Main Contractors and their associated MEP subcontractors) to reflect the anticipated scope of projects/programmes.
