Notice Description
Wrexham County Borough Council has appointed a Contractor for the refurbishment of an existing Sheltered Housing block at Maes y Capel, Coedpoeth, Wrexham, LL11 3UW. The work will cover, but not be limited to, communal lounge/kitchens, roof terrace, offices, lifts, storage areas, scooter room together with refurbishment of external areas.The successful Contractor was awarded following a mini-competition exercise, also referred to as a mini-tender, through Lot 3 of the North Wales Construction Partnership Framework.
