Gwynedd Council seek to appoint a supplier for the Design and Build of the Barmouth North Promenade FAS. The chosen supplier shall further develop the preferred option approved in the outline business case (OBC), into detailed design, consenting, full business case and construction. Subject to Welsh Government and Gwynedd Council approvals. The detailed design phase shall include: Project Planning and management Site Investigations and Surveys Stakeholder Engagement Detailed Design and modelling Environmental assessment Consenting - to include Planning, marine licencing and EIA. Construction Specification, pricing and risk register Full Business Case preparation Subject to the approval of the business case the construction phase will then be awarded (there will be appropriate breaks in the contract to allow for this).
