This is not a call for competition, its to notify the market of a contract award to Blake Morgan LLP for the Provision of Mental Health Telephone Helpline by Caerphilly County Borough Council on behalf of Gwent Consortium involving Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, Caerphilly County Borough Council, Monmouthshire County Borough Council, Newport City Council, and Torfaen County Borough Council and Aneurin Bevan Local Health Board.The contract period will be from 01 January 2024 - 31 December 2025 with an option to extend for a further period of up to 24 months extended on an annual basis.The estimated contract value is including all extension options.
