An independent final evaluation of the mWave Demonstration ERDF project, in line with Welsh European Funding Office requirements for the final evaluation of the project. The contractor will:- Review the mWave Demonstration ERDF Project against the latest version of the revised Business Plan to evaluate the operation and outputs of the project and performance against cross cutting themes- Produce a final evaluation report Please use the contact details on this notice to be issued with a copy of the Invitation to Tender.(WA Ref:135700)Relates to the following project/programme financed by EU Community Funds: The project is being part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
