Notice Information
Notice Title
Development of an evidence-based design and evaluation model
Notice Description
Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) have a requirement for adapting an evidence based approach to learning design or evaluation principles. Failure to focus on defining the performance outcomes and behavioural changes required for success at the design stage will lead to ineffective methods of evaluating the quality and impact of the learning intervention or holding to account. The Kirkpatrick model of training offers the most UK and Global recognised standard for leveraging, validating and evaluating talent, leadership and Organisational Development investments. This needs to be delivered by the supplier.
