For the provision of Conservation Architect led design and ancillary services (Structural Engineer, M&E design, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer / CDM Services) for the design, consents, contract and grant administration on behalf of the owner, to support the repair, reuse and architectural reinstatement of three historic buildings (former Caernarfon Castle Public House plus No.2 & No.3) on Market Hill, Holyhead.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=136738.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
