As with adult services there are multiple touchpoints for children in Powys; schools, CAMHS, Education Welfare, Children's social care teams, Integrated Autism Service, Integrated Youth and others. There are specific legislative and policy frameworks affecting children which will need to be adhered to as well as considerations of parental involvement, and child centred developmental and capacity issues.Powys Teaching Health Board recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves.
